Youll also enjoy the benefits of the Vision Fitness Sprint 8 Program, specially developed to provide the best targeted fitness workout. The Vision Fitness Deluxe Console is for the user who wants more specialized programming but doesnt need all of the bells & whistles. The Deluxe Console features a blue backlit LCD display that provides more exercise feedback, such as Speed, METS, & % Max Heart Rate, & has a scrolling message bar that provides instructions & feedback during each program & its setup. The Vision Fitness Deluxe Console also offers 20 levels of resistance. Lastly, its reading rack has an MP3 holder, so users can easily access their music while working out.
