Repairs & Servicing Information (Correct as of April 2017) We can only repair & service products that we currently sell. Repairs & servicing have Approx. a 14 working day turnaround, from receipt of goods, depending on availability of parts. Groomers will contact you to advise when your item is ready, providing you have enclosed a correct telephone number or email address to reach you on. Items are dealt with in order of receipt & we aim to have your item back to you as quickly as we possibly can. Please complete all parts of the form to help us deal with your servicing enquiries. Please fill in your full contact details to ensure your item can be dealt with in the quickest way possible. Items under manufacturers warranty will be repaired free of charge, this excludes consumable items. Please contact us if you are unsure of what is meant by consumable items & we can advise you further. All goods should be returned to us clean, dry & in a serviceable condition under the Health & Safety Act 1974 otherwise you may be subject to a cleaning charge. We advise packing the goods well & in a strong box to avoid damages in transit. Recorded post or courier is recommended. Groomers cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or returned damaged. *NB: Please send dryers & clippers back to us without furniture (blades/hoses/stands) unless there is a problem with them.
