General Information. Available at these locations only -Forest Mere, Springs & Henlow Grange. Both guests must attend the experience on the same date & must both be 18 years of age or over. This experience cannot be booked to include Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights. Once the experience has been booked, the voucher cannot be exchanged & cannot be extended. All dates are subject to availability. Check-in is from 2pm onwards & check-out on your last day is at 11am, but you may use the spa facilities until 4pm. Medical conditions must be communicated when booking. Bring your own gym, swim & leisure wear as well as casual clothing. Facilities may vary between resorts.
