Product Description

What better way to enjoy an afternoon tea whilst picking up tips & techniques to create your very own delicious delicacies. The chef will demonstrate how to make some lovely sweet canapés & desserts whilst you sit & enjoy your afternoon treat. On your traditional three tiered stand will be a selection of finger sandwiches full of scrumptious fillings, such as lime cured cucumber, home-baked ham & home-smoked trout pâté on a crispy crostini, & the Smart School's very own focaccia. You will also have a selection of freshly made cakes or pastries of the day to accompany a delicious cup of tea or a foamy barista-style coffee.
