Britain is home to some of the most beautiful rivers & spending a day travelling on one is a great way to relax & enjoy the picturesque surroundings. There are some tranquil & slow moving parts & some stretches which are a little more challenging, & the instructors on this guided tour will show you how to negotiate each section as you come to it. The day will start with a safety briefing, getting kitted out in a wetsuit & choosing whether you want to canoe or kayak, before taking to the water for some basic paddling skills. Your instructor will be on hand throughout the experience to guide you down the river & help you back into your boat should you fall out.
