Product FAQ's Q:  Where do the electrics & water pipes connect?A:  These are connected directly behind the Aluminium Panel approx 1m up from the floor, the shower comes with 1m of flexi pipes to connect to your plumbers fixed pipes.Q:  Will this shower work with my Gravity Fed System?A:  Yes, although you will require a shower pump with a pressure of at least 1.5 Bar although we recommend you have at least 2 BAR minimum!Q:  Will this work with my Combi Boiler System?A:  Yes, most combi boiler systems provide adequate warm water pressure.  You may require a pump for your cold water pressure to boost it to the same pressure as your warm water.Q:  Can I use mains pressure on the cold water feed?A:  Yes, although you will be required to use a pressure equalising valve to ensure that the hot & cold water pressures are equal.  If the pressures are not equal this can cause the thermostatic valve to stop working, if the valve stops working due to non equal water the replacement valve is not covered under the terms of warranty due to the shower being installed incorrectly!Q:  Is There an aromatherapy "smelly oils" option available?A:  Our units have an aromatherapy option included as standard you can add the oils to an outlet on the steam outlet. You can enjoy all their beautiful aromas whilst having a relaxing steam shower & listening to your favourite music via the built-in radio.Q:  How is the shower connected to the electrics?A:  The showers electric mains can be plugged directly into a standard 13A socket OUTSIDE of the bathroom. Its advisable to connect the shower within the bathroom via a flex outlet plug fused at 13A with external double pole isolation on a IP56 connection. This will require removal of the factory fitted plug & qualified electrician should be employed.
