The Lady Bird Tower is meant to be a natural habitat for ladybirds & other beneficial insects. Manufactured from solid FSC birch logs & oak, larch or similar timber this product can easily become a shelter for your "guardian insects". The Tower features a hollow central chamber insulated with natural materials. Moreover, the log has a number of holes made at an upwards angle, allowing insects to reach the central chamber. You can also add Ladybird Food/ Attractant for attracting the insects or for releasing larvae with food source. The Lady Bird Tower is a useful product, but it is also a wonderful introduction to the world of the Lady Bugs. Onwers can observe their lifestyle, their habitat, while they are simply doing their job in keeping away damaging insects. Location: Make sure you place the tower out of prevailing winds in a warm location (lawns, shrub beds, planters, or wooded glades).
