Their multi-layer foam padding offers good protection & a higher level of shock absorption; while the gel encased lining provides better impact resistance for more effective training. With a clear target area; the pads are great for improving accuracy of punches. Thanks to a specially designed soft palm ball; the pads offer a secure grip to effectively catch punches.
