- Do not spray on the face.
- Do not use body moisturiser before applying.
- Exfoliate before applying.
- Apply in the bathroom & stand on a towel which can be washed afterwards.
- Spray the mist continuously holding the can 40cm from your skin. If your skin feels wet you are holding the spray too close.
- For the arms, start on the hands, working up to the shoulders & then apply in circular movements across the chest. When applying on the legs, start at the feet & work upwards.
- Your tan will develop in a few hours.
