Product Description

A traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of symptoms of the menopause, such as hot flushes, night sweats & temporary changes in mood like nervous irritability & restlesness, based on traditional use only. The menopause is the name given to the end of menstruation (periods). It is also commonly referred to as "the change of life". In the UK, the average age for a woman to reach the menopause is 52. If the menopause occurs in a woman who is under 45 years of age it is known as premature menopause. It is estimated that premature menopause affects 1% of women under the age of 40 & 0.1% of women who are under the age of 30. Each Meno Herb tablet contains 6.5mg of extract (as dry extract) from Black Cohosh rhizome & root (Cimicifuga racemose (L.) Nutt.) (4.5-8.5:1) (equivalent to 29.25-55.25mg of Black Cohosh). Extraction solvent ethanol 60% v/v. Contains lactose monohydrate. Do not use if you:
- Are under 18
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Are allergic to any of the ingredients
- Have been diagnosed with depression or you think you may be depressed
