A comfortable Tour Pro Wrap Liner, removable 120 Flex Tongue & lightweight evolution 3-Piece Shell work together to make the Diverge SC progressive & innovative within the resort ropes & beyond. Ability Level Overview Fit A slighlty more relaxed feel compared to most tour/backcountry boots. Medium volume around the rear foot & generous in the forefoot with some adaptability over the instep because of the cabrio design. Shell TPU / Grilamid shell & tongue, mouldable. Featuring a higher back cuff & lightweight Grilamid plastic, this construction will take you anywhere. FL3X 3-piece construction offers a smooth flex with no deformation of the shell, leading to better foot hold, increased control & enhanced shock absorption. Liner Tour Pro Wrap, mouldable. With a Tour Flex Notch, removable external J-Bars, lacing system, & power strap, the Tour Pro makes walking a blister-free experience in an enveloping, snug fit. The foam is listed here from foot to shell: 2mm Intuition MD, medium density & hardness for a solid balance of comfort & performance; 4mm Open Cell, ensures warmth & comfort straight out of the box; 7mm Intuition HD Foam, high density & firm for a responsive & efficient transfer of energy. This Intuition closed cell foam is body heat activated to mould 100% to your feet & shells during use, or can be instantly heat moulded by a shop in minutes for a light, warm & super comfortable fit. J-Bars are additional j-shaped piece of foam that is inserted internally on both sides of the ankle area to dramatically increase ankle hold down, to keep your feet perfectly in place for precise control. Key Features Wide Toe A thinner foam is used in the front of the liner to increase space without sacrificing control for people with wider feet or who prefer a little more toe room. Grip Walk Outsole Designed for a better purchase on unstable & slippery terrain. The convex shape & ribbed tread add both comfort & grip for getting from house to hill to peak. Tour Hook & Flipped Bottom Buckle Keep your buckles in place without impinging upon the full cuff rotation. The bottom buckle is flipped to sit on top of the boot.
