The Conservatory RC12B optimises energy efficiency with the latest thermal fluid technology, a high precision electronic thermostat & fully programmable heating control. The RC12B uses a thermodynamic heating fluid which heats the radiator surface rapidly & uniformly, ensuring even heat distribution throughout your conservatory without hot or cold spots. The excellent heat retention properties of the fluid prevent the radiator working very hard to maintain temperatures, saving energy & reducing your heating bills. The precision thermostat is accurate to within half a degree, so the radiator will switch on or off automatically to maintain a comfortable temperature. This can mean that the radiators only use power for a fraction of the time,  creating massive energy saving potential. Fully programmable controls allow you to set a 7 day heating schedule to suit your lifestyle, with different settings for every hour of every day of the week, if needed, helping you minimize waste & keep your heating bills low. The RC12B also comes equipped with a pilot wire that can be used to connect the radiator to a central controller, if you prefer. The RC12B is also mess-free, safe & easy to use. All heating elements are fully enclosed so there's no danger of wall blackening. A built in limiter prevents the surface temperature exceeding 75˚C, so our radiators carry no risk of burns - perfect for homes with young, elderly or vulnerable people. The RC12B does not come with a plug, so requires a qualified electrician to hardwire the radiator into the wall. However, this is a quick & straightforward job which requires none of the slow, disruptive & expensive plumbing work required when installing gas central heating. Alternatively you can attach a plug to the supplied cable to make the radiator suitable for DIY installation – all you have to do is fit the plug, mount the radiator & plug it into the nearest socket.
