Conceived for a wide range of users, THRILL arose from a detailed morphological study of inner volumes, with the aim of meeting the most advanced alpine-touring needs. Its innovative design, based on Axial Alpine Technology, will guarantee you with a perfect transfer of drive onto your skis, with maximum downhill acceleration and minimum uphill energy expenditure. Due to our HRS and instep straps, heel security has become a SCARPA® trademark. Our instep strap configuration offers incredible fit for both touring comfort and rock-solid downhill performance. Scarpa Alpine Axial Technology, the new Zeus buckle design and the new Mono- Injected tongue work together to increase stiffness and distribute pressure more evenly to transfer movements of the foot and ankle more efficiently to the ski allowing greater edge to edge performance on freeride terrain. Features and Benefits Ski/Walk Mechanism The “WALK” position releases the cuff for walking comfort. The “SKI” position fixes the cuff to the shell for skiing. The K2 Pinnacle 110 Freeride boot offers the latest technology for those looking for a comfortable and precise freeride ski touring boot. K2 is an all-mountain company who’s focus and commitment for the past 50 years is to skiers who ski the entire mountain in all conditions. The same philosophy holds tru in ski boots. They did not start with a rigid intimidating race boot, instead they wiped the slate clean and started from the ground up to maximise efficiency, optimise power transfer, and deliver performance over a wide range of terrain and snow conditions. The result is a complete line of ski boots that fit and function unlike any other boot, with a style that is uniquely K2. Historically, adding a walk mode to an alpine boot compromised downhill performance. However, because they have designed their all-mountain boots using the Energy Interlock, not rivets, they have successfully designed a walk mode technology called Synchro Interlock that maintains 100% of the flex index and downhill performance of the all-mountain line. The result is a collection of freeride boots with efficient skinning and climbing capabilities, and true, un-compromised downhill performance. Features and Benefits PowerFuse SpYne The most obvious feature is the ‘Y’ shaped carbon PowerFuse SpYne up the back of the boot. What K2 is doing here is removing the use of rivets and bolts in the back of the boot and using their ‘Energy Interlock’ combined with the co-injected ‘Y’ shape to create more power, maximise fore/aft flex efficiency and lateral stiffness. Because of the SpYne they are able to optimise materials in the cuff and shell, eliminating excessive vibrations in rough terrain. Synchro Interlock The Synchro Interlock enables the simultaneous release of both an internal wedge and the interlock. When released, the Synchro Interlock delivers greater fore and aft range of motion for more efficient touring. Engaging the wedge and interlock functionality creates an all-mountain boot, with 100% of the flex index. 45mm Oversized Power Strap The boot has a 45mm extra wide power strap new wider third buckle. There is a power wedge spoiler at the back of the liner for accommodating different calf shapes and adjusting desired forward lean angle, with an adjustment of 12-14°. The K2 Pinnacle 130 ski boot is a premium freeride touring boot that offers a great range of motion when hiking up thanks to its Powerbuckle which allows you to close the cuff down super tight and get supreme power through the boot. Low Volume Version K2 are an all-mountain company who’s focus and commitment for the past 50 years is to skiers who ski the entire mountain in all conditions. The same philosophy holds true in ski boots. 45mm PowerBuckle The cuff of the boot has K2’s PowerBuckle which is an extra wide 45mm strap with the closure and power of a normal buckle. There is a power wedge spoiler at the back of the liner for accommodating different calf shapes and adjusting desired forward lean angle, with an adjustment of 12-14°. There is also a good amount of cuff adjustment with total of +/- 4.4° for ultimate comfort and performance. Intuition Liner K2 has teamed up with Intuition to bring you some amazing liners. In this boot is the Precisionfit Tour 3 layer moulded/lasted to deliver a precise out of the box fit, minimise dead spots and optimize power transfer between liner and shell. Heat mouldable asymmetric tongues provide the necessary comfort and performance needed to reduce shin bang and ensure smooth, precise flex initiation. The liner in this boot also has the Tour Flex Notch on the main hinge point allowing natural flex when touring. All K2 Intuition liners are made with ULTRALON EVA foam, which is renowned for its malleability, flexibility and durability. ULTRALON thermo-forming cross-linked closed cell foam is designed to be more resistant to packing out than any other foam, it is also lighter and warmer than standard liner. TECH Fittings This boot has fully integrated tech fittings which guarantee greater strength and improved torsional stiffness. It also means that the replaceable soles are din compatible and can be used in any binding. sYnchro Interlock The Synchro Interlock enables the simultaneous release of both an internal wedge and the interlock. When released, the Synchro Interlock delivers greater fore and aft range of motion for more efficient touring. Engaging the wedge and interlock functionality creates an all-mountain boot, with 100% of the flex index. SPECIFICATION Ski Boot Flex: 130 Flex Last Width:

The G_1 was Garmont’ s proving ground, our full-race Formula One machine where we could test and perfect our technologies in the most demanding situations. The G_1 is the state-of-the-art alpine racing boot that combines the highest skiing performance with a custom anatomical fit. Remarkable comfort has been achieved in its close race fit by using Garmont’s Anatomically Directed Design. The G_1’s stiff, performance shell carefully follows the anatomy of the foot as though it’s vacuum-fit or shrink-wrapped around the foot’s natural asymmetry and irregularities. These irregularities, normally punched and stretched by an expert boot fitter, have been built into the G_1 last. Garmont’s innovative Freeride fit was evolved from the full-race G_1 testing ground and its innovative last. The Freeride Fit is anatomically correct, closefitting and responsive, with all-day comfort. Out of the box they have that a “custom bootfitter” fit. NEW for this season are the updated WebFrame finish, new buckles, and updated liners. The G_1 150 has innovative details that set them apart from other freeride, race, and performance alpine boots. They are superior in both comfort and performance, two benefits that rarely travel together. Garmont’s patented Shock Damper shell has flex ribs in the instep that provide a subtle longitudinal flex that allow it to absorb shock and vibration, resulting in better ski flex and edge hold, with less vibration and chatter. Unique High Profile Shell acts as a double cuff that ties the lower shell and cuff together as one. This high-profile shape improves forward response and offers unprecedented rearward support. Garmont’s superior last is heart of our boots. Garmont shells were developed around the foot, not modified to fit the foot as is the case with other alpine boots. These shells have already been to the bootfitter, their unique anatomical designs shaped to provide: More room for the first metatarsal Room for “6th toe” Room for the navicular bone Asymmetric malleoli that match the body’s natural asymmetry A deep, supportive heel cup with space for common heel spurs. High Profile Cuff Riveting maximizes the shell’s High Profile shape by securing the cuff and shell together as one solid, responsive structure. The Lower Shell has molded marks for those who wish to modify the shell for a softer forward flex. The Contour Cuff is shaped to follow the form of the inner leg to increase contact and eliminate play between the leg and cuff. The result is the quickest response possible with the most leverage and support. The Cuff has Molded indicators for those who wish to adjust the buckle catches 15mm smaller. Buckle Savers provide solid protection for lower shell Buckles. The effective rubber Snow Dam prevents snow from entering lower shell. Field replaceable Buckles and catches, cuff rivets, and Power Straps are all attached with T-nuts. The tracker is a high performance freeride boot that will take you wherever you want to go, and let you send the decent when you get there. The Key change for the Tracker series this year is the introduction of Live Fit. It has been featured in past Atomic boots and received really well, so they have decided to roll it out across the range. A Live Fit zone is purposely placed on the lateral side of the boot to eliminate common “hot spots”, while the medial side remains solid for maximum power transfer and edge grip. The Hike mode on the Tracker allows you to release the cuff from the lower shell, and walk and tour the backcountry with ease. Then simply flick the lever back down into the ski position for 100% power on the decent. When in hike mode the cuff has a movement range of 20°, which is 18° forward and 2° rearward. The Tracker has Atomics Enduro chassis, which raises the stand height of the boot by 5mm. which increases the leverage of the boot enabling the skier to easily ski some of the wider skis that are around today. It also has Skywalk rubber soles to give great hiking traction all over the mountain. The liner of the boot is Atomics ASY Sport T1. This boasts an asymmetrical shape for great anatomical fit and a velvet max lining for comfort and warmth. It has a neoprene toe box for improved toe warmth and 4-way fit. The T1 liner is thermo formable in 1 section which is around the heel and Achilles area which will give the liner a better all round fit. Specification Buckles: Carabiner Buckle Liner: ASY Sport T1 Liner Features: 35mm power strap, Skywalk rubber soles. The Live Fit is a great addition to a great boot. The boot has nice low volume feel around the heel and ankle area, that gives excellent heel retention. Also the hike mode on this boot makes it super versatile, and a fantastic freeride option.

The ergonomic Double Power Lever increases the leverage of the buckle by 100%, halving the effort required to buckle in. Spine-Tech Buckles You are also getting Heads spine-tech buckles which allows the buckle to be flexible and adapt to the shape of the shell profile, reducing the chances of getting any pressure points from the overlap. Tri-Injection Frame The shell of the Edge is made up of three different material densities. A softer section that offers easy entry and foot wrap, and high density overall structure that adds precision and the ultra stiff frame that optimises power and reaction. 40mm Power Strap The power strap is there to give you a better fit and feel from the cuff of the boot and an all-around close fit. It also helps to drive power to the edge of your skis giving a more positive and faster ski response. Salomon boots are built by a group with varied experience, bringing different ideas and expertise together for a common purpose, the ultimate fast, and precise turn. They are passionate, creative and are breaking traditional rules of design to enable to express their own version or skiing faster, finding new limits and having fun. Features and Benefits Custom Shell 360 The Salomon X-Pro 100 is an all-mountain frontside boot. Put together using Salomon’s newest technologies and features. They have stepped into their 3rd generation of custom shell technology this year with the 360° Custom Shell. The customizable area of the boot has been maximized from the previous version, so that the majority of the lower shell can be moulded, giving the skier complete wrapping without any pressure points. In a 20 minute process the boot can go from a 100mm last to a 106mm, so the shell has plenty of give for those lumps and bumps. Twin Frame This boot features Salomon’s Twin Frame technology, this makes the lower part of the clog much more rigid in its flex pattern, which gives the skier greater control and better balance. Oversized Pivot The X-Max also has an oversized pivot where the cuff is joined to the clog. This reduces play and weakness in the join giving extreme precision and a direct transmission of power to the edges of your skis. Power Strap The boot also has a 35mm Power strap, for increased power transfer and rebound. This gives a much better fit around the cuff of the boot allowing you better feel and drive through your boot and edges. Flex Adjuster At the rear of the shell you have a flex adjust bolt, that with a simple turn of an alan key can be made roughly 10% stiffer/softer depending on your skiing style ofr the terrain you are riding. My Custom Fit 3D Liner The liner in this boot is a patented pre-shaped 3 dimensional liner with thermoformable PE foam on the heel and ankle areas for an unmatched foothold. It will also assist in releasing pressure points in these areas. Specification Shell Material: Bi-Material PU Shell Buckles: 4 forged aluminium buckles, 3D Buckle Liner: My custom fit 3D Performance Tech Spec: 24mm Pivot The X Pro is a worthy replacement of the mighty impact model but with the full bells and whistles of the X Max. Inspiring freeride innovation with the Synchro Interlock, the Pinnacle 130 is designed to connect the upper cuff with the shell for the power and energy transmission of an alpine boot, but when uncoupled it becomes a comfortable walking boot. K2 is an all-mountain company who’s focus and commitment for the past 50 years is to skiers who ski the entire mountain in all conditions. The same philosophy holds true in ski boots. 45mm Oversized Power Strap The boot has a 45mm extra wide power strap and new wider third buckle. There is a power wedge spoiler at the back of the liner for accommodating different calf shapes and adjusting desired forward lean angle, with an adjustment of 12-14°. There is also a good amount of cuff adjustment with total of +/- 4.4° for ultimate comfort and performance. Tech Binding Fittings This boot has fully integrated tech fittings which guarantee greater strength and improved torsional stiffness. It also means that the replaceable soles are din compatible and can be used in any binding. Intuition 100% Custom Mouldable Touring Liners K2 has teamed up with Intuition to bring you some amazing liners. This boot features the Luxfit 2 layer lasted liner to deliver a precise out of the box fit, minimise dead spots and optimize power transfer between liner and shell. Heat mouldable asymmetric tongues provide the necessary comfort and performance needed to reduce shin bang and ensure smooth, precise flex initiation. The liner in this boot also has the Tour Flex Notch on the main hinge point allowing natural flex when touring. Why Intuition liners….. Specification

With a 110 flex, the K2 SpYne110 is a high performance all-mountain boot for those wanting a more forgiving 110 flex. The combination of the PowerFuse SpYne, Energy Interlock and LuxFit Intuition line enables the boot to absorb vibrations, whilst insuring optimal energy delivery to the ski. K2 are an all-mountain company who’s focus and commitment for the past 50 years is to skiers who ski the entire mountain in all conditions. The same philosophy holds true in ski boots. High Grip Rubber Outsole The outsole of the boot is a dual injected rubber that increases the life of your boots and provides secure footing whether walking on rock, ice or stairs. It also has a padded mid grip. 45mm Oversized PowerStrap The power strap is an extra wide 45mmfor awesome cuff power. There is a power wedge spoiler at the back of the liner for accommodating different calf shapes and adjusting desired forward lean angle, with an adjustment of 12-14°. There is also a good amount of cuff adjustment with total of +/- 4.4° for ultimate comfort and performance. Intuition LuxFit Liners K2 has teamed up with Intuition to bring you some amazing liners. In this boot is the Luxfit 2 layer lasted to deliver a precise out of the box fit, minimise dead spots and optimize power transfer between liner and shell. Heat mouldable asymmetric tongues provide the necessary comfort and performance needed to reduce shin bang and ensure smooth, precise flex initiation. Specification Ski Boot Flex: 110 Last Width: 100mm Instep: mid Heel Volume: low Toe Volume: mid Ramp Angle: 4° Cuff Alignment: 4.4° Forward Lean: 12-14° I was super excited when I heard that K2 were making ski boots and I was lucky enough to use a pair for this season. I am pleased to say that they did not disappoint, it seems that they have sat back, seen what other people are doing right, borrowed it and then added amazing tech that no one else is using to deliver boots that look great and feel well built. Is it for me? If you are looking for a precise and powerful all-mountain boot with a mid-flex rating you should try this on.

With a 130 flex, the K2 SpYne130 is built with high performance, hard charging, all mountain skiing in mind. It is the burliest boot in the line and comes in two different lasts and is full of revolutionary tech designed to take whatever you throw at it. K2 are an all-mountain company who’s focus and commitment for the past 50 years is to skiers who ski the entire mountain in all conditions. The same philosophy holds true in ski boots. Gripped Outsoles The outsole of the boot is a dual injected rubber that increases the life of your boots and provides secure footing whether walking on rock, ice or stairs. It also has a padded mid grip. Oversized 40mm PowerCinch Power Strap The power strap is extra wide with a powerful cam-lock to give you awesome cuff power. Power Wedge Rear Spoiler There is a power wedge spoiler at the back of the liner for accommodating different calf shapes and adjusting desired forward lean angle, offering an adjustment of 12-14°. Cuff Adjustment There is also a good amount of cuff adjustment with total of +/- 4.4° for ultimate comfort and performance. Intuition 100% Custom Mouldable Ski Boot Liners K2 has teamed up with Intuition to bring you some amazing liners. This boot features the PrecisionFit 3 layer moulded/lasted to deliver a precise out of the box fit, minimise dead spots and optimize power transfer between liner and shell. Heat mouldable asymmetric tongues provide the necessary comfort and performance needed to reduce shin bang and ensure smooth, precise flex initiation. The Cosmos is the lightest 4-buckle boot in the world. Scott’s Powerlite ski mountaineering boots make no compromise in skiing performance for their incredibly light weight. These boots a very ergonomic and easy to use, with a huge range of motion for walking and hiking. Once adjusted a flip of the lever activates walk mode which gives a cuff rotation of 60°. Until now, high performance all-mountain skiers were forced to ski in painted race boots that offered no advantage to the skiers venturing off the groomed terrain. The Burner offers a true advantage and benefit to the skier seeking the best blend of all day comfort and high performance without compromise. The Key change for the Burner series this year is the introduction of Live Fit. It has been featured in past Atomic boots and received really well, so they have decided to roll it out across the range. A Live Fit zone is purposely placed on the lateral side of the boot to eliminate common “hot spots”, while the medial side remains solid for maximum power transfer and edge grip. The Burners party piece is its Enduro chassis, which raises the stand height of the boot by 5mm. which increases the leverage of the boot enabling the skier to easily ski some of the wider skis that are around today. It also has Skywalk rubber soles to give great hiking traction all over the mountain. The liner of the boot is Atomics ASY Pro T2. This boasts an asymmetrical shape for great anatomical fit and an Alcantara lining for comfort and warmth. It has a neoprene toe box for improved toe warmth and 4-way fit. The T2 liner is thermo formable in 2 sections which is the heel and fore foot which will give the liner a better all round fit. Specification Buckles: RS Alu 6000 Buckles Liner: ASY Pro T2 Liner Features: 35mm power strap, Skywalk rubber soles. The Live Fit is a great addition to a great boot. The boot has nice low volume feel around the heel and ankle area, that gives an excellent heel retention.
The Salomon Impact 100 CS is a piste performance boot, for skiers who refuse to give up comfort for performance. Put together using Salomon’s Custom Shell technology, which has a medial and lateral zone on the boot which can expand by 3mm on each side, giving a great fit on the fore foot. In a 20 minute process the boot can go from a 100mm last to a 106mm, so the shell has plenty of give for those lumps and bumps. The Instinct has a magnesium backbone that links the upper cuff and the lower shell of the boot, providing better rebound coming out of the turn and a more progressive but powerful flex pattern. The liner for this boot is Salomon’s “My Custom Fit Sport” which gives maximum customisation. With thermoformable foam in the heel, ankle and tongue for perfect fit and transmission. Specification Shell Material: Bi Material PU Buckles: 4 Micro Titanium Buckles Liner: My Custom Fit Sport Features: 35mm power strap, Custom Shell, Canting The Impact has stood the test of time, and is a great piste performance boot with plenty of customisation.
