 Includes:: plastic spatula 800W Perfect pancke recipe Ingredients 100g plain flour 1 large egg 300ml milk oil or melted butter,  for frying Mix together the Eggs,  flour & half the milk into a mixing bowl & whisk together until a smooth batter is formed then add in the rest of milk & mix well. Heat Oil in a frying pan,  add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to the pan tilting the pan as you add,  until you get a thin coating on the base,  cook over a medium heat for about 30secs,  until golden brown on the underside,  flip the pancake & cook until golden.
