It is suitable for high quality recognition & identification quality images. Light Sensitivity: In good lighting the camera produces good quality colour images. In poor lighting & complete darkness the camera can see for up to 30 metres using the built in IR LEDs. Viewing beyond 30 metres in poor lighting is still possible providing the area being watched has a light level above 0.1 lux (using the Dynamic Night View function, without this the lux level is 1.0). Examples of environments that have a light level above 0.1 lux are: Dawn & Dusk A Residential Road with Street Lighting A Bar or Nightclub True Day/ Night: The camera is fitted with an IR-Cut filter, this ensures: Rich, vibrant & accurate colour reproduction High sensitivity & clear images in low light Perfectly focused images day or night Lens: The camera is fitted with a 3.5 to 8.0mm lens.
