Bred in Banffshire, Scotl&, more than a century ago, Kerr’s Pink remains one of the great potatoes & is still sold by name from the farm gates of northern Scotland & Co Donegal in Irel&. This late maincrop produces round tubers with pink skin, deep eyes & a creamy white, floury flesh perfect for serving with mince dishes & stews or turning into ‘tattie scones’. It is also superb for baking & roasting.
