Hangar One is named after the distillery's rented space at the old Alameda Naval Air Station in California. The huge hangar sits on the edge of a disused runway (now a bird sanctuary) with panoramic views of the Bay Bridge & San Francisco. The colossal space houses an Arnold Holstein still. Buddha's Hand is named after a curious-looking fruit that is slightly reminiscent to a sea creature. The fruit brings the warm citrus flavour to the vodka.
