Fresh cool fruit, controlled fermentation conditions & just the right care & handling result in delicious wine. Grape canopies were managed to allow just the right amount of sunlight on the fruit. Warm days resulted in rich & fruity aromas & tastes. The grapes used in this blend were grown in an array of vineyards throughout the beautiful California Central Valley. An assortment of micro climates & soil types in the different vineyards leads to unique wine styles in the winery. Pairs well with chocolate, steaks, pasta, with tomato sauces & pizzas.
