Product Description

Bacardi Carta Negra rum is created from fermented molasses & a combination of rums aged up to 4 years old. This is a black rum that is coloured by the caramel that is added especially for rum drinkers that enjoy a very dark rum that is full of flavour & perfect for cocktails. It is charcoal filtered for smoothness before mellowing in oak barrels for 4 years, this rum retains the rich flavour & full body of the original blend, without any harshness in taste. On the nose this rum is full of rich flavours, consisting of caramel & spices with notes of black treacle & coffee beans. On the palate it is smooth & medium bodied with a medium finish with a touch of cinnamon on the tail.
