Product Description

It was in 1896 that Mathew Gloag created his first type of Whisky. He named it Grouse rather than after him because it was the most famous bird in Scotl&. It wasn't until 1905 that they added the word Famous bird in the brand name. The Famous Grouse is a blend of high quality grain & malt whiskies. The aroma is light yet crisp, of freshly cut flowers. Balanced on the palate with bursting flavours of spice, caramel & a touch of smoke. The finish is of fresh velvety caramel with sweetness.
