Samichlaus beer is brewed only once a year on December 6 & is aged for 10 months before bottling. Samichlaus may be aged in the bottle for many years to come, as older vintages become more complex with a creamy warming finish. Samichlaus is one of the rarest beer specialities in the world & at 14%, is one of the strongest of its kind. It pairs particularly well with Chocolate & can be served with hardy robust dishes & desserts, or as an after dinner drink by itself.
