The DKN Studio 9000 multi gym is a versatile home workstation designed to help you develop all areas of your body. It enables you to perform such exercises as chest press, shoulder press, low pulley row, bicep curls, pull downs, leg extensions & inner / outer leg kicks. Moreover, it can also be upgraded with an optional leg press to help you strengthen the quads. Thanks to the adjustable upholstery & frame the workouts with the machine become safer as well as more comfortable & precise. The multi gym is supplied with a lat bar, a short bar & an ankle strap.
