Product Description

Shingle Peak Reserve is a special selection of Sauvignon from Matua Valley Wines. This groundbreaking estate was started in 1973 by brothers Ross & Bill Spence, in an old tin shed in the heart of the Marlborough region. They quickly gained a reputation for innovative, medal winning wines & it was their Sauvignon Blanc that helped inspire Marlborough's Sauvignon revolution in subsequent decades. Today, the estate is as pristine & modern as any, producing a wide range of distinctive, award winning red & white wines, enjoyed internationally. This is a classic Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc, with lemon, bell pepper & grassy notes & ripe passion fruit & pineapple flavours. Enjoy with fish & chips, mussels, asparagus or a salade niçoise.
