This mobile is ideal for people who feel trapped in the big city. If you don't have time to go for a walk in the countryside, hang this mobile made from leave shaped pieces on your ceiling. Look at it & relax, imagine you're in the middle of a lush forest. It's not quite the same, but at least you'll manage to forget that you're trapped in a 40 square meter apartment for a while. It's composed of 10 leaves; 5 white & 5 black & one small red ball made from wood. Although the pieces move independently, they are assembled together using some transparent wires so that the components are in constant motion, while the structure maintains a harmonic balance. Christian Flensted is known as the Uromager, a word that's impossible to translate into English, which means "maker of things mischievous & always on the move." Today, their son Ole & his wife Aase are carrying on the family tradition of making mobiles.
