To Use: For buttercream: Place 125g of softened butter into a mixing bowl & mix for several minutes until light & fluffy. Add half of the icing sugar to the butter & beat. Add the remaining icing sugar plus a tablespoon of milk & beat until light, fluffy & smooth. Colouring may be added if desired. Pipe onto your cupcakes or use as a filling & / or topping in any larger cake! Also delicious used for icing to cover a cake / cupcakes, & in macaroons, meringues, fudge & for dusting!
