Culpitt Cake Decorating Sugarpaste is a sugar paste which is ready to roll out to cover your cake, & to make decorations. Knead well before rolling out as this will give a smooth finish to your cake, & help eliminate any cracks, crazing etc which may appear as you apply it to the cake. ' Polish' with the palms of your hands & use a cake smoother (ES75 or 86222) to give a smooth professional looking finish.
