Lightweight, aggressive & confidence inspiring: the Bushido sticks you firmly to the trail & delivers grip that just keeps on coming. The uppers wrap snugly around your foot, with a slip-on style liner that stretches to your shape like a sock, with no uncomfortable pressure points. Held securely in place, you can then take advantage of the grip & protection provided by the sole. That sole uses sticky Fri Xion XT rubber in conjunction with a pattern of lugs that wrap right round the edge of the midsole, dealing out a healthy portion of grip on a wide variety of terrain. Of course, you need to feel the ground beneath your feet, but you don't want to be hurt by it: the sole unit combines flex with cushioning & protection, so you're protected while still getting all the feedback you need.
