- Bathroom W.C. with hand basin, cast iron roll top bath & shower cubicle GARDEN
- Garden immediately to the front has an area for sitting out
- Visitors can make full use of the shared landscaped garden with varying levels of lawn bounded by a stone wall LOCAL AREA
- St Merryn is under half a mile away
- Padstow & the Camel Estuary are about 2.5 miles
- Further seven beaches all within a short drive PLEASE NOTE
- No young dogs
