- Polruan & Bodinnick are about 4.5 miles respectively & each have a ferry operating to Fowey
- Beach at Lansallos is about a 20 minute walk down a fairly steep path
- Polruan to the west & Polperro to the east are 3 miles respectively via the Coastal Footpath
- The Eden Project, Lanhydrock House & Bodmin Moor are all within easy driving distance PLEASE NOTE
- The owners live in a small single storey extension to one side of the original cottage
