- Parking available for 2 cars GROUND FLOOR
- Open plan ground floor with beamed ceiling
- Fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar
- Dining area
- Comfortable sitting area with French windows UPSTAIRS
- Three bedrooms, all with waterside views
- One with a double bed
- Another with twin divans & wash basin
- Childrens room with 2ft 6in bunk beds
- Bathroom W.C., basin & shower over the bath GARDEN
- Small patio & lawn on the quay side
- Guests may use this private quay for their own & hire boats with the prior agreement of the owner LOCAL AREA
- Bodinnick & Polruan nearby have popular Inns providing good food
- Fowey is 1.5 miles via the Bodinnick car / pedestrian ferry or half a mile down the creek by boat
- There is a seasonal shop at Penmarlam campsite 1 mile away PLEASE NOTE
- Pets are welcome but must be kept under control at all times to protect the abundant wildlife
- Towels are not available
