Often one would like to assign a sound to a movement in the model and perform both functions at the same time. To reduce the hardware to a minimum we have developed as a supplement to the sound module 23 42 19-62 a plug on hardware which allows it to control sound-synchronously up to 3 engines and 2 additional switch functions directly on the sound module. Thus it is possible to combine, e.g., lifting and lowering of a crane with appropriate clank of chain. Depending on how the sound module is headed, the connected engine with suitable noise turns to the right or on the left.
Simply record the "real" noises of an original truck, a train, a railway station announcement, or of the horn of a ship. Play your sounds on the module via the USB-cable. The replay in the module is then absolutely true to the original. As such, this module can be used universally in different models. Along with the already known possibility of playing the motor sounds with different speeds start and stop sounds, the coding pin bar is now used as output for controlling sound-synchronous up to 8 external consumers.
Depending upon the application it is possible that the onboard-amplifier offers too little power. For this reason, there is now a 10 watt amplifier that can be clipped on the module. Owing to the high degree of efficiency, no cooling plate is needed. For connecting the amplifier, no cable or soldering work is needed, simply insert the print in the socket provided for it - finished. The volume can be set with a small potentiometer.
