    The PKL series compressed
    air intermittent beater
    is particularly suited to
    knocking off things that
    have stubbornly attached
    to panels, tubes or
    containers. The strong
    pulse ensures maximum
    displacement. The key
    feature of the PKL series
    intermittent beater is
    the fact that its pulse
    is set by the operating
    pressure. Suitable for
    the food industry.
    Construction and
    operating principle: The
    piston is tensioned
    against a screw spring by
    compressed air and is
    then held in this
    position by the pressure
    present. As soon as the
    bottom operating
    compartment is emptied by
    the rapid venting valve,
    the piston hammers
    against the impact plate
    thereby producing an
    impact like a hammer. The
    PKL 135/6 is suited to
    panel thickness of 1-3
    mm, PKL 125/6 is suited
    to 1-2 mm and PKL 150/6
    is used with panel
    thicknesses of 2-4 mm.
