The Kettler Ergo Race Indoor Cycle with a fly wheel of 18kg gives a smooth ride with an electro-magnetic brake system to control resistance. With a wide number of programs to choose from including pulse control which gives you a structured & varied workout. The high resolution LCD display shows speed, distance, total distance covered, energy consumption, pulse rate etc. You can also choose whether to plug into your PC via the Ergo Concept software (optional accessory) to help record your exercising data download new training programs as well as take part in interactive training courses on 3D maps. Minimum operating systems required.
