A good all round workout can be achieved by targeting certain muscle groups by altering the incline ramp which have 3 manual settings, the lowest setting will allow your calf muscles to be targeted whilst the higher level gives a stepping like action ideal for toning. With 16 certified personal training programmes & i Fit compatibility (i Fit cards sold separately) you can keep motivated with the 8-week goal orientated programme. With built in speakers & a clear backlit LCD display you can always know where you are with your fitness goals showing heart rate, distance covered, estimated calorie consumption, speed etc. Also featured on the console is Mp 3/iPod connectivity so you can keep motivated & enjoy your favourite music while you train. The Pro Form 400 ZLE also has the ability to measure heart rate via the grip pulse sensors or with a wireless heart rate receiver (Chest strap optional) all of which can be displayed on the console. Finally the Pro Form 400 ZLT has no power cables & is easy to move around with its own transport wheels.
