The Bremshey front drive CF7 cross trainer operates a self generating motor which means you are not limited in the placement of the machine close to a power outlet. The ergonomic CF7 has no barriers & has easy access adding to your comfort during your workout. It has a 19" stride length gives a comfortable motion & you have the choice of the upper body arm movement or the static grip which can read your pulse from the integrated hand grip sensors. There are a wide range of 12 presets, 1 manual & 4 user & 4 heart rate programs.
