Doors lead out to a small balcony overlooking the surrounding woodland. PLAYROOM (off hallway) A room just for kids! With LCD TV plus separate Sky tuning, DVD's and comfortable bean bags - stairs (with child gate) up to bedroom 5 and en suite. BEDROOMS Five: Master bedroom (first floor) with 5' double bed, chaise longue and fully tiled/panelled en suite bathroom with bath, Mira power-shower, wash-hand basin and shaver point. All downstairs bedrooms are double-glazed. Bedroom 2 (lower ground floor) with 5' double bed, ensuite wet room, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and LCD TV, plus
beautiful views through the garden and in the winter, down to the estuary. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on lower ground floor, one with twin beds that can be converted to a large double on request, the other with twin beds. Bedroom 5 (first floor) with 5' double bed, flatscreen TV and radio, en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin and w.c., plus a balcony. On request, a z-bed is available for an additional charge. N.B. All linen, towels, duvets and pillows provided. BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot and highchair available. BATH/SHOWER ROOMS Four in total, three of which are en suite (as above) including a new (2018) shower/wet room.
