OTHER INFORMATION Beautiful contemporary tiled flooring to most of the ground floor, & carpet in all but one bedroom. Bathrooms are all fully-tiled. The house is fully double-glazed & enjoys the benefit of under-floor heating. Wireless broadband internet available, & Sonos speakers distributed throughout the house. Strictly no smoking. One small dog permitted (downstairs only). Bed linen is provided, however, guests will need to supply their own beach towels.
