ENTRANCE Steps lead up to the main entrance (at the rear of the property) & into a lobby at first floor level – this in turn opens to the hallway offering access to the main living accommodation. BOOT/CLOAKROOM Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious boot room plus separate cloakroom with w.c. & basin.KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A beautifully appointed kitchen has a wide range of contemporary floor & wall units with polished granite work surface, a ‘ Leisure Rangemaster Professional’ cooking range (with two electric ovens, separate grill, five-ring gas hob & electric hot plate), American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser & water filter, integrated electric coffee maker (not in use), dishwasher, wine cooling cabinet & breakfast bar with five stools. The open plan area leads into the dining room furnished with large table seating eight & offering lovely views over South Pool creek. The dining area also features two large sofas & two armchairs, & a wood-burning stove. Full height bi-folding doors lead out to the decked balcony overlooking the creek.SNUG/PLAYROOM A cosy snug has a double sofa, bean bags, wall-mounted TV, DVD/ Playstation console, & a wide variety of DVDs, games & toys – an ideal play space for younger children.MEDIA ROOM On the lower level is a cinema/TV room with 60” (?) wall-mounted TV, large four-seater leather sofa, bean bags, DVD library & bookshelves stacked with novels etc. There is also a STUDY with desk & chair & a small games area with full-size table football game.BEDROOMS Four in total. At first floor level is the master suite offering views over neighbouring fields. This bedroom is furnished with a super-King size leather sleigh bed, bedside units, walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers & leather armchair. The spacious en suite has a freestanding double-ended bath, corner cubicle with rain head shower, w.c., ‘his & hers’ wash hand basins & heated towel rail.
