ACCOMMODATION A very comfortably furnished and well presented ground floor apartment with stunning views from the kitchen, living area, master bedroom and spacious terrace. KITCHEN A bright and sunny kitchen is very well equipped with a range of Shaker-style units, four-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A good sized and attractively presented room with two leather sofas, leather armchair and stool, flatscreen TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, coffee table and gas stove for cosy Winter evenings. The dining area affords lovely estuary views and has a large oak table seating six. Double French doors lead out to a large area of stone terracing with table and chairs, and panoramic views.
BEDROOMS Three in total.  The en suite master bedroom has a leather-framed King size bed (5') with bedside units, fitted wardrobe, drawers, sofa,   TV/DVD, iPod/radio unit and lovely estuary views. The bathroom has a free-standing bath, hand-held shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.  The second bedroom to the rear of the apartment also has a leather-framed King size bed (5'), bedside units, fitted wardrobe, drawers and iPod/radio unit.  The third bedroom - ideal for children has full-size bunk beds, TV and DVD player. N.B All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided. BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot and folding wooden highchair are supplied. BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a shower room with
fully tiled shower cubicle with power shower, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. OUTSIDE Spacious enclosed terrace area with large table and six chairs, plus other garden furniture. MOORING A running mooring is available for a small boat/dinghy up to 8' in length (approx.).  A swinging mooring may also be available for boats up to 17' at a cost of £150.00 per week - please call for further details. PARKING Allocated parking for one car in the garage on Cliff Road. (Dimensions can be provided on request). PRIVATE BEACH AND MOORING Steps lead down through a cliff garden to a spacious private beach (for Woodside Beach guests only), with decking, barbecue and rock pools to explore.  A single running mooring is included but subject to pre-booking and
availability, for a small boat or dinghy with tiller steering only.  A swinging, deeper water mooring may be also available for boats up to 17' at a cost of £150.00 per week - please call for further details OTHER INFORMATION The apartment has gas-fired central heating and hot water throughout with high quality laminate flooring in all the main rooms.
