SITTING ROOM The stylishly furnished and attractively decorated sitting room has two large sofas, armchair, flatscreen TV, coffee table, and feature bay window with estuary view between houses. The adjacent SNUG also has a large television and good views, chaise, desk and chair.BEDROOMS Four in total. On the first floor is a master bedroom with King-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, drawers, TV, and dressing table with stool. Lovely estuary and country views. The stunning, mainly tiled en suite has a walk-in rain head shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. A second double room on this floor has a King-size, wooden-framed bed,
wardrobe and drawers, and very good views. Also at this level is a twin bedroom with two wooden-framed single beds, bedside unit and hanging space. On the top floor is a further twin room (with sloping ceiling), fitted wardrobe and magnificent views through Velux windows. The en suite has a large walk in rain head shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. N.B.
