The Spar store/post office is just 50m or so away, & the garden backs onto Salcombe Rugby Club (free social membership available to guests of Camar). Salcombe’s famous harbour & estuary, popular with sailors & other watersports enthusiasts, is very close by, whilst the beautiful beaches of East Portlemouth & Millbay can be accessed via a small passenger ferry that runs from the town all year round.VIEWS From the second floor en suite bedroom there are good views across the town towards Snapes Point & South Pool Creek.ENTRANCE From Loring Road the front door leads into a lobby area & then through into the hallway. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor – a double with wooden-framed bed, bedside units, drawers & fitted wardrobe, & a twin with two single beds, drawers & wardrobe. N.B.
