(A fourth bedroom on the first floor - for children only - has bunk beds and basin, & is available on request at no additional charge).  N.B. All duvets, pillows & bed linen provided
- tenants require all towels. BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot & highchair are provided. SHOWER ROOM In addition to the master bedroom slipper bath etc. is a family shower room on the first floor with large shower cubicle, w.c. & wash-hand basin. There is an additional, separate w.c. next to the shower room. OUTSIDE Private terrace area with small table & chairs & small area of sloping lawn. Gate to the rear of the house with direct access to Allenhayes Lane. PARKING For one medium sized car in garage with additional off-road spaces usually available close by. (Dimensions can be provided on request). OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpeted with painted wooden flooring in the main bedroom & on stairs. Gas fired central heating & hot water.
