KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM On the first floor is an elegant h&-crafted kitchen equipped to the very highest standard with designer units, quartz worktops, a range of integrated Miele equipment including ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, & dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer & boiling hot water tap. The room opens out into a delightful lounge/dining area with large table seating eight comfortably, sofas, armchairs & flatscreen Smart TV. Tri-folding doors open out to the balcony & panoramic views across the estuary.
BEDROOMS Four in total, including three en suite.  At ground floor level is a magnificent master bedroom with super-King-size bed, fitted wardrobe, doors to stunning balcony, & fully tiled en suite shower room.  There is a further double room at this level with King size bed.  At lower ground floor there are two further en suite bedrooms, one with super-King size bed & private terrace, & the other with a King-size bed.  All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMSÂ In addition to the three en suites (above) is a small family bathroom, adjacent to the double bedroom at ground floor level.

OUTSIDEÂ There is a good-sized balcony off the sitting area with stunning views both across the estuary towards Millbay & East Portlemouth beaches &, uniquely as the first villa in the development, directly out to sea also.
PARKING Allocated parking for one car only. Additional parking is available in the long-stay car park (approx. 10 minutes walk) at extra cost.
