LIVING ROOM An impressive first floor living room with a cathedral ceiling, spectacular views and a comfortable central sitting area to relax or to watch the large TV /DVD (digital with cinema surround sound). DINING AREA seating for eight around a large wooden circular table located in a glazed turret affording magnificent views. KITCHEN The bespoke kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, & microwave. French windows lead on to the 1st floor decking for you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or alfresco meal. BEDROOMS There are four bedrooms in total, all on the ground floor. There are two en suite double bedrooms each with a King-size bed, Southerly aspect through French windows, flatscreen TV, stereo CD & radio. Each of these bedrooms has a beautiful, en suite bathroom with bath, shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror & heated towel rail. The third & fourth bedrooms each have twin beds, & with French windows to the South. N.B. Up to two travel cots are available on request. BATHROOM In addition to the two en suites (above) is a magnificent family bathroom on the ground floor complete with whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror & heated towel rail - speakers linked to the master bedroom stereo allow you to have your favourite music while you bath!  The washer/dryer is concealed on the ground floor adjacent to the bathroom.  A Molton Brown toiletries gift pack is provided at the start of your stay. OUTSIDE  This unique property has a stunning 'wrap around' viewing deck, perfect for enjoying the views.  There are also two extensive elevated decked areas, ideal for a leisurely breakfast or alfresco meal
- barbeque equipment is available. A sauna & large hot tub will each accommodate four to eight adults.
