UTILITY ROOM Adjacent to the master bedroom is a large utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, fitted units & door out to garden.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the two en suites above is a family bathroom (also on the ground floor) with bath, shower, wash-hand basin & w.c.
LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM On the first floor is a lovely open-plan 'T' shaped room built into the panelled eaves. At one end of the room is a comfortable lounge area with doors out to balcony three & four seater sofas, TV & DVD player. OUTSIDE Wonderful new balcony with table & chairs to enjoy the wonderful views across neighbouring fields & out to sea. Good-sized area of lawn to the side & rear of the property. Small terrace with table & chairs (outside shed with extra garden furniture).
PARKING Ample space for several cars on drive in front of the property.
