ACCOMMODATION A luxury penthouse (third floor) apartment with stunning, 180 degree panoramic views from both bedrooms & the lounge/dining room.ENTRANCE A private entrance leads into the hallway through to the living accommodation. LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A light, sunny & very attractive room with large L-shaped leather sofa, flatscreen TV with Freeview, surround sound (including in-built iPod dock), Blu-ray DVD player, Nintendo Wii, & contemporary wall mounted gas fire for cosy Winter evenings. The dining area affords wonderful estuary views & has a large oak table with four rattan chairs. Double French doors lead out to a good sized balcony with marble-topped table & two chairs. The adjacent...KITCHEN is very well-equipped with a range of stylish units, Silestone worktops, four-ring halogen hob, electric oven, integrated microwave oven, fridge, freezer & dishwasher. (N.B. A washing machine & tumble dryer are discretely housed in separate cupboards in the hallway). BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a super-King size bed (6') with leather headboard, bedside units, large fitted wardrobe, drawers, chair, flatscreen TV/DVD, iPod/radio unit & door to balcony with table & two chairs. En suite bathroom with bath, fully-tiled shower cubicle with power shower, dual vanity units, w.c., heated towel rail & underfloor heating. The second bedroom has twin single beds (that can be zip-linked on request to create a super-King size bed), bedside units, fitted wardrobes with sliding glass doors, drawers, flatscreen TV/DVD, iPod/radio unit & door to balcony with table & two chairs. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels (except those for the beach) are provided. BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot with mattress, a bag of high quality toddler toys, a folding wooden highchair, a steriliser & a play mat for infants are available. BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is an elegant, fully tiled family bathroom (adjacent to the twin bedroom) with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. & heated towel rail. OUTSIDE Three balconies in total, each with table & chairs, & stunning estuary views. PRIVATE BEACH & MOORING Steps lead down through a cliff garden to a spacious private beach (for Woodside Beach guests only), with decking, barbecue & rock pools to explore. A single running mooring is included but subject to pre-booking & availability, for a small boat or dinghy with tiller steering only. A swinging, deeper water mooring may be also available for boats up to 17' at a cost of £150.00 per week
