An early 20th Century sea captain's residence extensively refurbished in recent years & with fine rural & sea views towards Bolt Tail. The house has ample parking for two cars to the rear & is situated near the heart of the village, just a few minutes walk from the fine sandy beaches, local pub, shop & cafes. An ideal holiday retreat for large family groups or up to three couples, Tarqua enjoys the benefit of a lovely private garden laid mainly to lawn with wooden benches & a barbecue provided for al fresco entertaining.
