SITTING ROOM The stylishly furnished & attractively decorated sitting room has two large sofas, armchair, flatscreen TV, coffee table, & feature bay window with estuary view between houses.  The adjacent SNUG also has a large television & good views, plus L-shaped sofa bed with chaise, desk & chair. BEDROOMS Four in total.  On the first floor is a master bedroom with King-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, drawers, TV, & dressing table with stool.  Lovely estuary & country views.  The stunning, mainly tiled en suite has a walk-in rain head shower, w.c., wash-hand basin & heated towel rail.  A second double room on this floor has a King-size, wooden-framed bed, wardrobe & drawers, & very good views.  Also at this level is a twin bedroom with two wooden-framed single beds, bedside unit & hanging space.  On the top floor is a further twin room (with sloping ceiling), fitted wardrobe & magnificent views through Velux windows.  The en suite has a large walk in rain head shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point & light.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
