Large double sofa, armchair, wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player & mini hi-fi system.  Good-sized dining table & four chairs in front of the window to take in the view.  KITCHENA small kitchen area has fitted units, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine.  A feature spiral staircase winds up from the kitchen area to the first floor bedrooms & bathroom. BEDROOMSTwo.  A very well presented double bedroom with Queen-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe, drawers & TV.  There is also a small bunk-bedded room.  A travel cot is available on request.  N.B. All duvets, pillows & bed linen supplied
- tenants require towels & tea towels. BATHROOMFamily bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash h&-basin & w.c. OUTSIDETo the front of the cottage is a small level garden (not enclosed) as well as a terrace area with picnic bench. PARKING Parking available in the nearby village pay & display car park. OTHER INFORMATIONTiled flooring on the ground floor, mostly carpeted on first floor. Electric heating & hot water supplied via immersion.  There is limited mobile reception in Hope Cove.  Regret no pets. Strictly non smoking.
