LOCATION The apartment is at the upper end of Coronation Road, a relatively quiet area of Salcombe yet only 5-7 minutes’ walk into the town.  The famous harbour & estuary, popular with sailors & other watersports enthusiasts, is very close by, whilst the beautiful beaches of East Portlemouth & Millbay can be accessed via a small passenger ferry that runs from the town all year round. VIEWS From the large decked terrace across the town, towards South Pool Creek & the Salcombe estuary. ENTRANCE A flight of stone steps lead up from the parking area on Coronation Road to the ground floor entrance at the front.  KITCHEN/DINING ROOM An attractive & very good sized, open-plan kitchen/dining area has a range of fitted wall & floor units, four-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer, & a dining table seating six comfortably. Bi-folding doors out to the decked terrace. SITTING ROOM Adjacent to the kitchen area is a pleasantly furnished & cosy sitting room with two double sofas, armchair, feature gas fire & television.  Further doors out to the decking. BEDROOMS Three in total.  The master bedroom has a King-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe, & en suite with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin & w.c.  The second bedroom also King-size double bed whilst the third has a set of full-size bunk beds.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.  A toddler bed guard is also provided.  BATH/SHOWER ROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is a further shower room with corner shower, wash-hand basin & w.c. BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot, high chair, Avent steriliser, Bumbo, bouncer & children’s crockery & cutlery, & other items for a young family holiday are supplied. OUTSIDE To the front of the property is a superb area of decking (approx. 250 sq.ft) with table & chairs for six. PARKING Off-road parking directly off Coronation Road for one car.  Additional/alternative parking is usually available in the nearby long-stay car park (please check daily/weekly costs with the office prior to booking). OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating & hot water.  Wireless broadband internet & Freeview cable TV is available.  Strictly no smoking permitted, but one, well behaved dog is allowed (subject to breed).
